Leadership consulting team collaborating in a bright modern office

Leadership Consulting that sticks after we leave the room

We work with mid-size organizations across Canada to strengthen the people who make the decisions. Our engagements run 8 to 26 weeks, and the changes last for years.

Four phases, no filler

1

Listen first

We interview your senior team individually, review your last two years of org changes, and map the real decision-making patterns. This takes about ten days.

2

Name the gap

You receive a written diagnostic with three to five specific issues, ranked by impact. No jargon, no 80-page deck. Typically eight pages.

3

Coach through it

We pair each leader with a coach for bi-weekly sessions. Simultaneously, we facilitate monthly team workshops focused on the gaps identified in phase two.

4

Measure and hand off

At week 20, we re-survey the team and compare results to baseline. We hand you a playbook your internal HR team can run independently going forward.

What we actually do

Each engagement is scoped to your organization. Here are the five areas we work in most often.

Executive coaching

One-on-one sessions for directors, VPs, and C-suite leaders. Each engagement runs 12 weeks minimum, with 60-minute sessions every two weeks. We use a feedback loop with 360-degree input from direct reports and peers so progress is visible, not just felt.

Succession planning

We map your leadership pipeline two levels deep, identify single-points-of-failure in critical roles, and build development plans for each successor candidate. The deliverable is a living document your board can review quarterly.

Team facilitation

Off-site retreats and in-house workshops designed around a real business problem your team needs to solve. We don't run generic trust-falls. Each session ends with written commitments, owners, and deadlines.

Organizational design

When reporting lines are tangled or decision rights are unclear, growth stalls. We redesign structures with you, test them against your strategic priorities, and help communicate the changes to the broader organization.

New-leader onboarding

The first 90 days in a senior role set the tone for everything after. We give newly hired or promoted leaders a structured onboarding arc: stakeholder mapping, quick-win identification, and a communication cadence that builds credibility fast.

Started by someone who sat in your chair

Before founding this practice in 2019, our lead consultant spent 18 years in operational leadership roles at two Canadian manufacturers and a national logistics company. She has managed teams of 12 and teams of 400.

That background shapes everything we do. We know the difference between a framework that looks smart in a slide deck and one that survives a Monday morning. Our coaching conversations reference real budget pressures, union dynamics, and board expectations because we have lived them.

Today the firm includes four senior associates based in Montréal, Toronto, and Vancouver. We take on roughly 20 engagements per year so we can give each one proper attention.

Questions we hear often

Most projects run between 8 and 26 weeks. A focused coaching engagement for two or three leaders might wrap in two months. A full organizational design project with team facilitation usually needs five to six months. We scope every engagement individually and give you a timeline before we start.
Yes. About half our clients are based outside Quebec. Coaching sessions happen over video. For workshops and off-sites, we travel to your location. We have worked with teams in Calgary, Halifax, and Winnipeg over the past two years.
We are most useful to organizations with 80 to 2,000 employees. Below that range, the leadership structure is usually too flat for the kind of work we do. Above it, the internal HR and L&D teams tend to handle these programs themselves. The sweet spot is a company growing fast enough that the leadership team is outpacing its own habits.
We quote a flat project fee after the diagnostic phase. No hourly billing, no surprise add-ons. The diagnostic itself is a separate, smaller engagement so you can evaluate our work before committing to a longer project. Typical diagnostic fees range from $4,500 to $8,000 CAD depending on team size.
You keep everything: the diagnostic report, the playbook, the coaching frameworks, and the survey tools. We also offer a quarterly check-in package for teams that want ongoing accountability without a full engagement. About 40% of our clients choose that option.
